A) Ingredients: 1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion | 1 मध्यम आकार का कटा हुआ प्याज 1 Medium Sized Tomato Puree | 1 मध्यम आकार का टमाटर प्यूरी 1 Tsp Coriander Powder | 1 छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder | 1 छोटा चम्मच भुना जीरा पाउडर 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder | 1/2 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste | 1 छोटा चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder | 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर Green Chili as Per Taste | हरी मिर्च स्वादानुसार Mango Pickle (Preferably Homemade) | आम का अचार (घर का बना हुआ) 1/2 Cup Flax Seeds | 1/2 कप तीसी (अलसी) के बीज 2 Tbsp Oil | 2 बड़े चम्मच तेल B) Preparation: i) Flax seeds solution preparation: a) Heat Pan and Roast for about 2 Min on Low Flame. Take it Out and Let It Cool Down. After cooling, Grind it to make Powder. b) Take out Powder in a Bowl. Add 3 Cups of Water and Mix Well. Keep aside. ii) Main Preparation: i) Heat 2 Tbsp Oil. Add 1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion and Fry Until Light Pink. Add 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste. Fry for about 1-2 Mins on Low Flame. Add 1 Medium Sized Tomato Puree. Fry for about 1-2 Mins on Low Flame. Add 1 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder, 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder and 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder. Fry for about 1-2 Mins on Low Flame. ii) Add Flax seeds solution. Make it Boil. Add Mango Pickle (Preferably Homemade) and Green Chili as Per Taste. Cover and Cook for about 2-3 Mins on Low Medium Flame.
