I'm always on the lookout for new bikes to bring back from the dead, which means more fix up videos. :) I put the carbs back on my bike, along with a new pull throttle cable, and inline fuel filter. I have the air fuel screw 3 turns out....I think it is too lean. I think another half turn would work. The old owner put 140 main jet and shimmed the diaphragm, and put on K&N pods which could make it run lean. I did realize I didn't plug the vacuum line that goes to the petcock on carb 4 which may be the reason I experienced some acceleration backfiring. The more I played with it the more I realized it appears to be running lean. I will sync the carbs in the next video. Sorry about my fat fingers getting in the way. :) Please comment and let me know if it sounds lean...it does to me. :) Here are a few more of my bike videos: 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S maintenance #1 – Intro - • 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S maintenance #1 - ... 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S carb rebuild - Part 1 The Disassembly - • 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S carb rebuild - Pa... 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S carb rebuild - Part 2 Surveying the damage - • 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S carb rebuild - Pa... 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S carb rebuild - Part 3 Reassembly - • 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S carb rebuild - Pa... 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S carb rebuild - Part 4 replacing fuel rails and "T" - • 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S carb rebuild - Pa...
