This is the high altitude balloon (weather balloon) burst event on our high altitude balloon, OLHZN-4. This flight reached 95,100 FT above Canandaigua, NY in the Rochester, NY area. Onboard and in view of the camera is our inaugural space balloon astronaut, Butchy - the world's first NHL Referee in Space! This flight is dedicated and named after Oliver "Butch" Mousseau who tragically passed away in March 2016 after suffering a head injury while refereeing a division 1 college hockey game.
