He began his career in Atlanta, GA working with leading names in contemporary Christian music, including Housefires, Pat Barrett, Maverick City Music, Cory Asbury, Steffany Gretzinger, Jonathan Helser, and Melissa Helser. These collaborations helped shape his approach to music and laid a strong foundation for the rest of his career. In 2021, TJ relocated to Los Angeles, where he expanded into the mainstream music world. Since then, he has contributed to the live performances of well-known artists such as Sabrina Carpenter, Camila Cabello, Alicia Keys, Tate McRae, Becky G, Ava Max, Maluma, Tinashe, Leona Lewis, and Lauren Jauregui.
