Here's a tutorial on how to build a PMO with Solution Center templates: Access Solution Center: Log in to your Smartsheet account and navigate to the Solution Center. You can find it by clicking on the grid icon in the top-left corner of the Smartsheet interface and selecting "Solution Center" from the dropdown menu. Explore Templates: In the Solution Center, explore the available templates specifically designed for PMOs. You can browse through categories like Project Management, IT & Ops, Human Resources, and more to find templates that suit your needs. Select PMO Templates: Look for templates labeled as PMO or project management-related. Smartsheet offers a variety of PMO templates, including project tracking, portfolio management, resource management, and governance templates.
