School Lunch Ideas - Mini Pita Pizzas

5 Days 5 Store Bought Lunches Made Healthy Series with Bentgo In this fourth video of my 5 day series, I am making some super fast mini pita pizzas. The idea I want you to take away from this is that anything can be made into a pizza! Pitas work but these other options also make amazing pizzas as well: a piece of bread, lavash bread, tortillas, bagels, zucchini, potatoes - basically, anything you can lay flat and toast can be turned into a fast and easy homemade pizza! Just add any of your favourite pizza toppings and toast it up! I find 400F for about 10 minutes does the trick and for a bit more of a melted cheese effect - put it under the broiler for another 3-5 minutes. When packing for lunch - be sure to let it cool down completely to avoid condensation in your lunchbox - this will help to keep the pizza crispy too!
