In this repair video we go thru identifying the cause of both a P0641 and C0561 diagnostic trouble code (DTC) being present, along with SERVICE TRACTION and ENG PWR REDUCED messages on the driver information center (DIC) in the instrument cluster. The vehicle we're working on is a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt LS sedan, and the specific repair is specific to the engine wiring harness of the model years in the video title only. However earlier model years of these same vehicles will have a very similar approach to the diagnosis of these same DTCs.
