She is a doctoral candidate of history at the Centre for Historical Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. Previously she has finished her MPhil and Masters in medieval Indian history from the Centre for Historical Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. She currently teaches at the Delhi University.
