The last several weeks winter has had the ground frozen solid and locked up tight, so the metal detecting adventures have been tough. To bring a little warmer weather back into sight, I saved this hunt from late summer as a break from the deep freeze. Sunshine, shorts, and Treasure Hunting two early 1900s houses. We could not ask for much more than that. From the very first signals it was clear these yards were producing, and throughout the hunt we dug all sorts of silver coins, old jewelry, fun "yardifacts". and some fantastic relics dating back well over 100 years.
