In Episode 4 of our LS swap series, the custom exhaust is DONE—full 2.5” mandrel-bent system with headers, H-pipe, mufflers, and clean routing over the axle. No more leaks, no rattles, and that deep V8 rumble you’ve been waiting for. We wrapped up the fuel system overhaul too: modern in-tank pump, return lines, regulator, and pressure checks—all dialed in and leak-free.
