The latest installment in a series that I started 4 years ago, that I decided to continue with. Differing from my usual content, I would like to continue doing these videos in addition with my Orthodox Christian content, language based content and posting music, because, why not? In this video, I will take you through the South African Hood of Triomf, or Sophiatown, I will show you some of the sights and sounds and speak to some locals as well as giving a brief overview of the neighborhood. Triomf is an area famous for being a Poor, White, Afrikaans hood, albeit quite diverse with different ethnicities and walks of life and also a relatively clean and nice area. ... My initial purpose of doing these videos is to give a glimpse into real life in South Africa, as opposed to what the tourists may show you on their travel vlogs, what the news propaganda shows you and to do away with many misconceptions that people in the international community have of life in South Africa, not only on the political left but also on the right, I aim to provide a balanced, truthful and non sensationalized window into day t day life in Joburg as well as inform.
