This was the threat theme for Wrayk's Stormy Coast mod (NOT THE WATCHER VERSION), specifically the rainy version. The other downpour slugcats will have their own threat themes (as of now, they are just remixes of the rainy threat). I decided to tackle this more like a singular track than just individual layers mixed differently. This also allows me to include a special remixed portion to give something new.
