In this DROPS video we show how to knit stripes in the round without getting a jog in the transition. Change to the new color and knit one round. At the end of the first round with the new color, before knitting the first st on the next round, pick up the stitch from previous round below the stitch. Pick it up in the back loop as if to purl and put it onto the left needle. Knit the stitch together with the 1st st on the round and keep knitting. You will minimize getting a step from one round to next by using this technique. You can carry to other color along on the inside of the work. If the stripes are wide, you can twist the colors at the end of round on every 3 cm/ every 1 inch. The yarn featured in this video is DROPS Snow. Please note that the video has NO SOUND, but you can find detailed written instructions for this technique in our patterns.
