Day 1 (January 17th) - Harnessing the Brain Presenters - Alex Higuera (NTX Boston), Mark Melnykowycz (NTX Zurich): Harnessing the brain (new imaging techniques, prosthetics, BCI software and robotics) Speaker - Ben Woodington [Co-founder at Opto.Bio] Ben is co-founder and CEO of Opto.bio, a newly funded start-up developing minimally-invasive products for understanding and treating diseases of the brain. He completed his PhD at the University of Cambridge, focusing on polymer bioelectronic interfaces primarily for treating spinal cord injury and pain conditions.
