Construction Industry Blueprint

In September 2025, the National Construction Industry Forum (NCIF)—bringing together industry, unions, and government—endorsed the Construction Industry Blueprint, a first in over 30 years. The Blueprint provides a roadmap to align stakeholders, improve safety, secure fair employment, deliver value for money and boost industry productivity. It identifies eight key challenges, maps existing reforms, and includes nearly 50 recommendations, including a transformative industry Charter of Behaviours.
