Showcase (No Mic): AI Race, AMS2, Chevrolet Corevette C3, Interlagos Historic 1973 Outer

This video is a short 10 minute race I did against the AI when trying out the new Chevrolet Corvette C3 in AMS2 at Interlagos Historic 1973 Outer. I had a nice night to sunrise setting and plenty of rain, so I thought it would make for a nice video to show off how it looks. You can see what race settings I used at the very end. There's no commentary or anything like that, just pure game sounds and that big revving engine to listen to. I used the default setup, except for raising the gear ratio one click to the max, so that I would have a good top speed and could catch the AI. Normally I raced on triple with low graphics settings, but for this I decided to switch to a single monitor view and cranked up the graphics settings. It seems like the recording is a bit jittery at times, but I can tell you I had a smooth 60fps when driving. I also turned off pretty much all of the HUD, so I could just appreciate the beauty of these cars lapping here. Its pretty cool how strong the spray can be at times. A few tomes I move out of it to show off the difference, and also so I could see down the track myself. I do think the spray looks a bit better at day than at night, it definitely is more misty looking. I also think the rain being wiped off the windshield needs work on this car, as it doesn't match up with the wipers correctly. That may have been fixed in the latest hotfix though (or in a future one), but I recorded this video before then and haven't tried it out since. If you haven't tried this car here, then I would recommend trying it out. Its really fun. I was told by massiveCheese that the Brasillia Outer Loop would make a good combo for this car, so i should try that out at some point too (probably won't record it though). 0:00 Race 11:30 Race settings used. #SimRacing #Automobilista2 #AMS2
