The film follows Martha Caldwell, a young woman rendered mute by childhood trauma, who becomes entangled in a string of brutal murders while staying with her family in rural Spain. As bodies begin piling up around her, suspicion circles Martha herself, and the line between victim and killer grows increasingly blurred.
