Kopapa's a breakfast/lunch/dinner venture from Marylebone's fusion-happy Providores -- who bring the culinary inventiveness -- and Gourmet Burger Kitchen, who also bring the culinary inventiveness, as well as a slightly more relaxed vibe that plays out in colourful tile floors, corrugated-effect walls, and a long marble bar-top pushing a streamlined list of wines, plus cocktails like various Martinis and Mojitos, also what the Simpsons bartender grunts when holding a lighter to his feet. Lite-bite "Ko-tapas" take the form of flavour-blending like Parmesan & bone marrow sauce on toast, coconut sticky pork ribs, 3-style oysters (miso gazpacho, wasabi cucumber, sake broth), and tomato masala-slathered, chickpea-battered lamb's brains, which considering they've been outsmarted by farmers, can't be very big.
