Why should we not WORRY as Christians?

Why do we worry so much about the future? In Matthew 6, Jesus speaks directly to this question. While teaching a crowd of people who were worried about daily needs, He pointed to the birds of the air and the flowers of the field and reminded them of something deeper: our lives are seen and cared for by God. This short reflection explores why worry comes so easily to us and how Jesus gently invites us back to trust.
