This 30 min class is a Gentle version of the classic Vinyasa Flow but made for those that would have difficulties with the addition of Chatarunga or the Yoga push up. The side to side, forward and backward motion increases mobility in the spine and increases the heart rate when partnered with the other Hatha yoga postures. This may be difficult for those that have low mobility but try it before you decide if it's not within your range of movement at all. Remember modifications are always suggested when beginning to practice Yoga. Also it is important to check with your Doctor before starting any exercise program if you are under a doctors supervision. We never do anything that will cause sharp or sudden pain in the joints or body only work toward an achy stretch. Please stop immediately if pain is experienced.
