DIY 3D Printed Push Block That Improves Table Saw Safety

In this video I build a 3D printed push block using a model from MakerWorld. I wanted a safer and more stable way to guide material through the table saw, and this adjustable push block provides much better downward pressure and control than the basic push stick that came with my saw. It works well for woodworking, rip cuts, small parts, and it is a useful tool for both the table saw and the router table. The parts were printed in PETG on a Bambu Labs P1P. PETG is a strong material for functional 3D printed shop tools, and it held up well for this project. I also added a self adhesive non slip pad to improve grip during cuts.
