Walking around Central Eastside Portland during the lockdown. Central Eastside is across the river from Downtown Portland. The Oregon (highway) Route 99E runs through Central Eastside on SE Grand Ave and SE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd making this a heavy commute area normally. In Central Eastside you'll find a mixture of industrial buildings, restaurants, and apartments. This video was two different walks combined into one taken on the same day. The first part starts on Burnside then down Grand Ave, then Morrison. This is where we see restaurants, shops, hotels and apartments. The second part of the video at 26:04 we resume at Water Ave, go down 2nd then back up 3rd. Then east on Stark until we get to Sandy blvd and get a view of the Slammer Tavern (bar). This part of central eastside is mostly industrial with a few restaurants here and there.
