The doctor will be performing a full body head to toe assessment, except there's a twist. I will need a few tools in order to perform the doctor soft spoken exam. Instead of using proper medical instruments however, I will be using toy medical equipment. Let's begin by answering some basic questions. I will then begin your doctor medical check up by taking your vitals. This will also include an ear, nose, and throat assessment. I will then move on by testing your pupillary function. Don't forget the eye exam, in which I will be assessing any vision changes using the eye chart. Now it's time to examine your heart and lungs. Relax as I listen to your heartbeat and respirations. Everything seems normal except you are a bit dehydrated and are lacking some oxygen. Lastly, I will treat your wound and administer some medication for your seasonal allergies.
