Putting my new body to work | Busy week - vlog |

BUCKLE UP it's a long one. I have been busy putting my Mounjaro body to the test and doing things that even a year ago would have been hard, uncomfortable and even maybe impossible. The freedom of body movement I have these days is incredible and despite being 56 I am more active, flexible and agile than I have been since my 20's. Mounjaro and the weight loss it has helped with has been the turnaround I needed to start participating in life again, I had been so in the shadows for so long I had just let things slide and left jobs and tasks undone. This new energy and ability to physically push myself but also manoeuvre my current body has allowed me to take on jobs I wouldn't have even considered before. This is part of me reclaiming the life I had let slide for way too long and it's time to embrace adventure and life and get back to where I should be.
