It's famous for the Nagpanchami festival in July/August when many devotees visit. In monsoon, you can see traditional sheep herding shelters 🐏 and experience the herders' lifestyle. In winter, the pond freezes, and snowy mountains surround it. If you are going by your private vehicle its all black topped road till Sirandada. 👉️ Day 2 : Namki - Sirandada - Nagepokhari hike(11.5 km, 6 hrs hike approx). O/N stay at a shelter home(dharmasala), you need to bring matress, sleeping bag and foods. 👉️Day 3 : Explore Nagepokhari, view point, Shiva statue and Budhha statue and hike down to Sirandada/Namki.
