The silicon used in this video can be any acetic-cure silicon sealant. Or they might call it caulking silicon. You can get it from any building supplies store. Mostly the sealants designed to seal glass or kitchen/bathroom areas will be the suitable ones which are acetic-cure... roofing and all-purpose sealant tends to be a neutral cure which isn't as ideal. This particular product is called "Selleys Glass", a brand from Australia, but any acetic-cure silicon will do the job. The paint is acrylic poster paint... it needs to be water-based in order to speed up the silicon curing time. I've used paint in this example but poolside you can simply use a drop of water, or just dip your mixing tool in water (in the video, I used the scrap of cardboard).
