NS local G34 street running in the middle of Glenn Milner Blvd in Rome, Ga. Power for the train is NS 6085, an EMD SD40-2 with a beautiful Nathan P5 horn! The train is on their way back to Norfolk Southern's Forrestville Yard after working Southeastern Mills. After diverging onto the NS North End, G34 takes a switch at CP Fox to enter the Krannert District. The train travels just under a mile to reach Rome Junction, pulls west of the switch, and reverses into Forrestville Yard (second clip). From what I gather, this is a fairly rare operation, and it was really neat to see the train reversing over the bridge.
