Did you know you can create a popup, modal or popover by using only HTML - without CSS and without javascript? Its very simple and effective way to create a modal or even a sidebar menu for a website. This is popup creating technique without javascript, without any kind of hidden form element. Completely dependent on HTML. No CSS or javascript is required. Popover API allows for popovers to be managed entirely with HTML, without the need for JavaScript. This API introduces new HTML attributes such as popover, popovertarget, and popovertargetaction, which simplify the creation and management of popovers. The popover attribute can take values like "auto" or "manual". By default, if no value is provided, it behaves as "auto", which enables light-dismiss (the popover closes when clicking outside of it) and can force-close other auto popovers. The "manual" value, on the other hand, means the popover won't close automatically or affect other elements, requiring explicit actions to close. Additionally, you can control the popover using popovertarget, which links a button to the popover it should control, and popovertargetaction, which specifies whether the popover should show, hide, or toggle when the linked button is interacted with. The popover attribute defines an element as a popover element, meaning that when it is invoked, it will be placed on top of the content, not interfere with the position of other HTML elements.
