Hello my whoop friends. Do you have a broken tiny whoop frame? In this video I'll show you a whoop frame repair. How you can repair your whoop frame. How to fix a plastic tiny whoop frame. I'll show you my method for a whoop frame repair, whoop canopy repair and general plastic part repair. Of course there are other whoop frame repair methods. There are also other adhesives. Or some people weld the plastic back together with a soldering iron (be careful, toxic fumes). At the moment I'm repairing it as shown in the video. But that doesn't mean it's the best method. It's simply one that works. And one that's easy and stable. Put some contact adhesive (E6000, Uhu Por) on both sides of the broken part 2. Let it dry until the glue is only a little bit sticky when you touch it (maybe 5minutes) 3. Press the two parts together 4. Let it dry for 10minutes or more 5. Put some glue on the part left and right of the fracture point and over the fracture point 6. Let it dry until the glue does not come off anymore when you touch it (but it still has to be sticky enough for the next step!) 7. Place a strong, lightweight fabric over the break point (fiberglass fabric, carbon fiber fabric, fabric. Any fabric that is strong) 8. Press the fabric firmly 9. Let it dry for a while. Ideally, about 1 hour. 10. Apply another thick layer of glue over everything 11. Drill a hole into the duct connector next to the breaking point with a pcb drill (in the diameter of the carbon rod) 2. Put some contact adhesive (E6000, Uhu Por) on both sides of the broken part 3. Let it dry until the glue is only a little bit sticky when you touch it (maybe 5minutes) 4. Press the two parts together 5. Let it dry for two hours or so 6. Cut a small piece of carbon rod or of another stable lightweight material 7. Guide the carbon rod through the hole you made in the duct connector 8. Apply some glue over the entire break and over the carbon rod 9. Done. You can further strengthen the repair with the glue fabric method 3:47 Shrink tube repair method ‼️ 🛠️ ‼️ Step by step Tutorial for the shrink tube method: 1. Find the correct diameter of shrink tube for your duct size 2. Put some contact adhesive (E6000, Uhu Por) on both sides of the broken part and additionally on the parts of the duct where the shrink tube will later be placed 3. Let it dry until the glue is only a little bit sticky when you touch it (maybe 10minutes) 4. Cut a peace of the correct diameter of shrink tube for your duct size 5. Guide the shrink tube over the break point 6. Press the two duct ends together under the shrink tube 7. Shrink the shrink tubing with hot air 8.
