Monday's waterfall adventure with Cane to the off-trail oasis Copperas Creek Falls and a quick stop at the roadside Bell Falls and Upper Bell Falls in the Red River Gorge.. This was some much needed trail therapy and time in the Clifty Wilderness to find peace, solitude, and healing after some heavy things have been weighing on me the past two weeks.. Thankfully we had the falls all to ourselves, so I was about to do some writing and thinking out loud, which definitely helped to relieve some of this weight that's been crushing me lately..
