So making modak is a must. But these modak have a twist. We are making chocolate modak with panchakhadya stuffing. This is a very easy and simple recipe. You can make these modak in advance and gift them to your relatives too. Ingredients: • Water • 1 cup Milk chocolate • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate • Panchakhadya • 1/2 tsp Oil Method: • Take some water in a sauce pan and bring it to boil. • Put a glass bowl on it. Make sure that the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the glass. • Add milk chocolate and dark chocolate in the bowl and mix well. • When the chocolate is almost melt, add oil and mix well. • Oil gives nice texture and consistency to chocolate modak. • Continue to boil the water until the chocolate melts completely. • When the chocolate melts completely, turn off the gas. • Fill the chocolate modal mould up to half its capacity and tap the mould properly. • Freeze the mould for about 10 minutes. • Take the mould out of freeze and add a little panchakhadya in each mould. • Cover it with remaining chocolate mixture. • Keep the mould in freezer for about 30 minutes to set. • Chocolate modak are already.
