Previous video we installed strips of drywall to close the gap left by the Cornice removal. Once all the strips were in place we glue and stapled metal internal corner angles in place. We used metal angles instead of regular paper tape because it leaves a much straighter and sharper finish when your ceiling and walls are not so straight. Paper tape follows the contours of the drywall though these straight metal angles will bypass that although there were still some areas that needed some major filling.
