I went to visit the famous 7 mile beach in Negril Jamaica, but the tourists were doing my head in.. so I pulled off the main road near a ramshackle area of shacks and weathered fishing boats. I discover a bustling community of local Rasta fishermen who were very friendly and welcoming. They told me of their struggle to survive, with the threat of gang violence and crime imminent, just a few hundred meters from the luxury holiday resorts across the estuary. I sampled some of the local catch and drank beer with my new found Rasta friends. This is the final video from my trip to the wonderful island of Jamaica.
