In this video, I share what I eat to maintain my health and wellness, which has helped me stay strong and vibrant. 🌱 My Daily Diet: While what I eat can vary, one thing is consistent: a high-raw, hyper-nourishing, plant-based diet. I focus on green smoothies, huge salads, and other raw meals for maximum nutrition. I also enjoy cooked plant-based foods like tofu, quinoa, beans, and Ezekiel bread for added flavor and variety. 💧 Hydration: I drink at least 100 oz of water daily (usually 128 oz), which includes the water I use in my smoothies. Staying hydrated is key to supporting my body’s detox and overall well-being. 🍽️ Lunch & Dinner: Lunch varies—sometimes it's what I show here, or it could be avocado toast on Ezekiel bread or a smoothie.
