But Colombia is so much more than that. In this episode, I’ll take you through what a typical Saturday looks like for a family in the small town of Chinchiná, located in the heart of the Eje Cafetero (Coffee Region) of Colombia. While our kids enjoyed a day of fishing, my husband and I went for a peaceful hike through the stunning mountain landscape, then headed into town for a delicious and incredibly affordable lunch.
