Opt for white cheese instead. Shop around the outside of the grocery store where the living, perishable food is. The center aisles are dead food! Sugar is in so much of our food, and the labels can be very deceptive. Read carefully! Eating a SAD, CRAPPY diet can lead to Leaky Gut Syndrome and inflammation in the body. Wherever you're at with your health right now, just start by making small swaps in your daily life. If you're at 40% clean choices, aim for 50%, then 60%, and so on.
