67 The 2nd Adam

There is a very important passage of scripture - 1 Corinthians 15:45 The first man Adam became a living being. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. A 2nd Adam - Why? Because of what the 1st Adam did But - let’s look at the reality of the creation of mankind from the beginning Genesis 1:26 Genesis 2:7 God breathed the breath of life - into an earthly body Man became a pure - sinless living being in an earthly body - God put the His life - spirit life in an earthly body - a pure sinless heavenly being - in God's image - with a heavenly calling - to live in God's likeness - on this earth. In other words - Mankind was to live that image and likeness - as a self willed - free being - NOT controlled by God - but with an own free will – Mankind’s own choice to truly be that creation - in God's image and likeness - THEN life happened - choices had to be made and decisions had to be taken - obviously based on the Creator's values but through a personal choice.- For only by freely living - that image and likeness - could mankind truly be like God - like his Creator -. So - God created a special place - that contained all the potential - that gave mankind a real life opportunity to be who God created them to be. God called this place - the Garden of Eden BUT why a garden? Because - A Garden is a place where life starts and a place that also contains the potential not only for life to unfold and develop - but also where life is challenged and thus where freewill is challenged without which life would not be real - Make sure that is your choice - living - In His Image and Likeness
