MTV Europe Top 100 Videos of All Time with Pip Dann (1991)

This is a VHS rip of a recording that the 14-year old me made one beautiful Sunday in late 1991. This is also my first proper YT upload, and I had no clue how they would go about the copyright-protected content. The bad news is, about an hour's worth of videos had to go. The good news is, many publishers are apparently cool enough to greenlight the use of their material! Of course you can find all the videos featured in this Top 100 on YouTube anyway (however, the original, blue-tinted version of "Every Breath You Take" is blocked in my region, for whatever reason), but here you can see some of them in a different, nostalgic setting, presented by the wonderful Pip Dann (I could listen to her for hours!), interspersed with old ads, and MTV teasers and visuals that you may have long forgotten or never seen ( Americans can get a longer glimpse of what MTV Europe looked like). I actually had the entire countdown on three VHS tapes (I sat through the entire thing!), but I foolishly only digitized the last one (places 31 - 1). Apparently, more than a year after my upload, the copyright holders for Queen and Pink Floyd realized that they don't want their songs in this video. Now I understand why some uploads suddenly disappear from YT (only to sometimes reappear out of the blue). The video is also partially blocked in some regions due to various other videos, though surprisingly not here in Germany.
