Also, Pavilion Bukit Jalil has just opened and that caused a lot of buzz for this particular address. I have always been a fan for this address because it just has everything. Connectivity to highways such as LDP, MEX, KESAS, Sg Besi, KL-Seremban and etc just shortens the travelling distance to main addresses. Plus the population around this address is really matured. Puchong, Sri Petaling, Kuchai Lama and OUG are all one street away and they are packed with people all the time. Suddenly with the new mall and brand new infrastructures, there will be a pull factor. In terms of architecture, I think the team had figured the magic formula to portray luxury. Although the land size is limited, spaces around the project feels amazingly huge contributed by the right heights and material application throughout. That includes the unit as well, it just feels way more then the built-up specifications. However, being next to a population magnet aka Pavilion mall, there will definitely be shortcomings as well. Congestion around the entrance will be quite a hassle for residents. Also, there are several commercial units for this project hence the architecture needs to be open for ease of accessibility. That might create some discomfort in terms of privacy and safety. Personally I view this as a great investment product where the rental and capital appreciation is directly correlated to the population growth and maturity of the commercial elements.
