The lunch menu offers a creative selection of bites and mains that are as visually pleasing as they are tasty. I started with a refreshing iced chocolate before diving into the "NOT a McMuffin". Don’t let the slider size fool you; this is a serious upgrade with a grilled milk bun, a perfectly seasoned, firm sausage patty, and a unique omelette with a firm, custardy texture. The pickled shallots also provided a sharp acidity that cut through the richness of the burger. For the main, I opted for the spinach hand-cut tagliolini. The dish carried a lovely earthy tone and while it was a tad on the salty side, the creamy burrata and crunchy walnuts balanced the moist, slightly sour pasta nicely. To wrap up the meal, the salted tahini ice cream on a churro was a delight. The nutty, salty-sweet profile of the ice cream combined harmoniously with the crispy churro and fresh strawberries.
