UPDATE: sold it back to my matco dealer at a 300$ loss because even doing that was still cheaper then paying it off or exchanging for other matco tools. I would only recomend matco tool boxes, since that is the only thing matco makes. I got a launch tech that had more capabilities but was more then half the price. Made this video because there's no other reviews of the MaxFlex on here that I can find, and I'm sure this is the only one where it's opened up showing the insides. Below is my written review pulled from matcotools. com this is a basic Lenovo tablet in a fancy case with the camra removed, a matco serial number on a launch tech obd2 scanner VCI, and a whole lot of im not sure how i feel about this. i was told this had "custom hardware" and i guess it does since the camra is removed... now the good, case is fantastic, clam shell around tablet is also great better then any otter box you could get, software interface is nicer then the launch torque one (launch torque is same hardware as this different software) and if you know what your doing you can load up the app on your phone or a replacment tablet if anything happens to the one matco provides. why they don't just offer a licence, app download, and VCI i do not know. also this thing really is rather flexible with the "enhanced code reader" features comparable to a launch tech pro mini, but with the nicer Matcotools app and interface. and if you fully unlock it (about 1500$ more) you have close to a maximus 3.0 but, i'm not sure if key programming or the Jbox work with it.. they might and i hope they would for that price but i do not know..will update if i find out. finnal thoughts: i wish my matcotools would have been more upfront about what your REALLY buying here. a licence, a VCI, MatcoTools name and everything that comes with that(support), An outstanding tablet case, and a nice carying case
