Since its founding in 2018, VILLAGES has steadily grown into one of Richmond Virginia's most respected acts, regularly selling out local venues by blending emotionally resonant songwriting and a top-shelf supporting cast with genuine, heartfelt performances. Six years removed from it's self-titled debut album, VILLAGES is set to release a 4 song EP called "X" in winter 2025. The EP is a fresh take on the breakup album: equal parts celebration, mourning, and acceptance. Rather than dwelling in despair, "X" honors the beauty and magic of a short-lived relationship while also acknowledging its inevitable end.
