We did it! We made it through this surgery for Evan and his recovery. Y’all, it was rough!! No sleep for days and his pain was pretty bad for multiple days. We had a great experience with compassionate doctors and nurses and left feeling well taken care of. We are so thankful that this is past us and we are so happy for a positive outcome. God was so good to reveal his hernia and allow us to fix it before he had a problem with his intestines. Thank you for asking and checking in on him. We were so thankful knowing y’all were joining us in prayer. Evan was so sweet and brave. We homeschool live on a few acres in Central Texas. With our family size, we buy a lot of groceries, so expect several once-a-month grocery hauls at the first of every month.
