This card is one I thought would be good, but I largely ignored it because...well...I already had a Jeskai deck. But, Hinata is SO STRONG. You can build this deck on a budget, or push it to cEDH levels - that's how good Hinata is! In this video I go through the 3 ways I've approached building Hinata and cards that are all around just good to play with this 3-color commander. Most of our biggest payoffs are the X spells, which allow us to have many targets. That's where Hinata really shines, and we can get a ton of value out of what mana we do have.
