The goal of Scoville is simple: plant and harvest peppers to sell at the market or use in recipes. Better peppers can be harvested by moving between different coloured peppers during the harvesting phase (an example would be: moving between red and blue peppers harvests a purple pepper). After planting and harvesting, players can fulfill market orders, make recipes, and sell peppers. This is where most of the points can be found in this game. In addition to all this, players will bid for their turn order at the start of each round, because each phase in the game has a different order than the one before it.
