How I got scammed on Mercari, Seller Melbel, FedEx Smart Post Shipper Scam Alert No Item No Refund,

The problem with this transaction is that I used my Mercari leftover funds to pay for the item; so, I wasn't able to dispute it with my credit card; only Mercari and they would not let me dispute it. I did not mark the item delivered because as soon as I found out it wasn`t delivered; I contacted the seller and Mercari. Mercari played around for a while saying to keep a lookout and to contact the seller. I contacted the seller; she pretended that she was going to put in a claim for me. She didn't. She blocked me instead. I called Fed Ex madd times (multiple times) and they said that I could not put in a complaint because I wasn't the one who shipped it which led me back to Mercari. I begged Mercari to open or file a claim on my behalf and they refused. Ultimately, they took my money and let the seller have her money and I was out of the product and my money all because they claim it says it was marked delivered (which it was marked delivered) but Fed Ex never delivered it and pretended that they did and since I was not the shipper; Fed Ex Smart Post refused to let me put in a claim. Seller had already blocked me, so she lied and didn't follow through with helping me. Moral of the story; don't pay with your Mercari funds that are left inside your Mercari account because in case of a dispute; you won't be able to. #mercari #mercariscams #fedexsmartpost
