An atmospheric river has arrived in our region, creating a flood warning as the Snoqualmie River is expected to crest on Wednesday. Residents have already seen thunderous water pouring over Snoqualmie Falls. The flood warning is for Snoqualmie and Fall City, as moderate river flooding is expected when the river crests. The Snoqualmie River and Tolt River reached flood Phase 3 as of 11 a.m. Wednesday, with flood patrols on the ground to monitor conditions on rain-swollen rivers, according to the King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks.
