After 3 years of having this song out, I am finally able to bring you my vision of the video for this special song as well as what it’s about Connie is about a young prostitute who falls in love with a man which is later discovered to be living a second life. I wrote this song inspired by a powerful video interview of current/ ex prostitutes telling there stories. one of them being about a man who only came to visit for the sheer purpose of having someone to talk to, laugh with, and just hang with. the woman telling the story still looked as if he was the one who got away, so I made this song as an ode to connie. she deserved better.
