Community turns the lights on. At SENG and other gifted spaces, the traits often labeled “too much” become cheered. A teenager told to stop raising his hand becomes the person who sparks richer dialogue. Adults who have learned to tidy away their joy can visibly relax, ask better questions, and form real friendships. That shift—being seen without contorting—is both healing and catalytic. It changes how we work, parent, and choose. Erin’s coaching approach starts from a powerful premise: clients are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.
