Today I spent the day doing some slow stitching using boro inspired darning stitches with scrap fabrics, yarn, and a jute bag I bought from Muji. At first I wanted to sew the bag but I saw the jute bag at Muji and it was only $4 cad...so I bought it! There is one stitch I used in this project that I've never done before and it was from a book called Beyond Darning by Hikaru Noguchi. It added a nice touch to the design.
